FAITH IN GOD – AN ENABLER OF BREAKING LIMITATIONS!!! ( Part III)

In our last edition, we briefly explained how the Holy Spirit Baptism is an Enabler of Believers and unfolds special Anointing through an experience; which is not a one off but continuous experience (Acts 4:31). Today, I briefly describe how Faith in God is another enabler of breaking Limitations. Faith is defined as the substance/assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Faith becomes a confirmation of what you are not seeing right now, by proofing through conviction of their existent reality in the spirit despite them not being revealed to your physical senses. The Holy Spirit as an enabler plays a very big role in birthing our Faith in God, providing a great combination in breaking limitations. Today, I will present a few examples of how Faith in God can help you to break Limitations in your life.

1. Faith in God goes beyond your human reasoning: Faith catapults individuals to think outside the self; and beyond limitations of all types resulting to total reliance in God’s higher thoughts and ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Faith builds capacity to believe what God says about you and what you can do (Philippians 4:13). This shifts your reliance from your human limitations to Divine ability.

2. Faith is a catalyst of breaking limitations of whatever nature including strongholds! Jesus told the father of the boy with unclean spirit that, “if you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23). He is telling you the same right now! Just believe!

3. Faith in God empowers persistence in identified Victory over obstacles: Despite your prevailing physical and environmental obstacles; Faith in God pushes you to press on amidst limitations until a breakthrough is achieved in the knowledge that you are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37).

4. Faith unlocks a life of freedom and safety as God’s child: Faith in God delivers you from living a life of fear from what your enemies may plan or attempt to do (Isaiah 54:17). The assurance that no weapon (witchcraft, sorcery, night runners, even the devil etc.) formed against you shall prosper, provides a buffer of boldness!

5. Faith in God enables you to get what is not rightfully yours: the Canaanite woman by faith claimed for deliverance of her daughter from a demon spirit. Although Jesus saw that deliverance was for the Israelites; the Canaanite woman persistent faith in Jesus broke the limitation of lack of entitlement. Jesus said to her “O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you wish. And her daughter was cured from that moment” (Matthew 15:25-28).

To you also, Faith in God can break every limitation by shifting perception from natural weaknesses to Divine Power, enabling you to overcome and achieve the impossible; and empower you to persevere amidst challenges. Your Faith in God ignites the supernatural intervention and transforms your mindset; thus generating in you strengths to bypass obstacles like sin, fear, doubts, worries, stereotypes, lack or whatever is holding you back! You can indeed do all things through Christ who strengthens you!! Just Believe!!
